Turtle spotting, Turtle Island & Keri Caves & Mizithres beach

A beautiful journey to the island’s south, where our affluent residents, Caretta-Caretta, congregate!

Look at this: Our Glass-Bottom-Boat  is perfect for families and is a half-day excursion!

From our office  we begin the journey by driving to the port of Agios Sostis, where our boat departs.

You could say that Mizithres is one of Zante’s most wonderful and breathtaking sights. Mizithres are two cone-shaped rocks underneath the Keri Lighthouse. The name of the place comes from the cheese “Myzithra” that is being produced in Zante. During this tour you will have the opportunity to visit the literally new beach of Mizithres and be enchanted by its crystal-clear waters. This beach was formed by a strong earthquake that took place in 2018 and caused a rock slide.
This four-hour excursion starts with a twenty-minute turtle trip in Laganas Bay. There you can take photos of this unique kind of sea turtle called ‘Caretta-Caretta’. Keri Caves is our next destination. You will be amazed by the beauty of the caves, so get your cameras ready to capture the majesty of this landscape and enjoy a 40-minute swimming stop. Our next stop is the beach of Mizithres. We will stay there for 35-minute swimming stop, so you can take a swim in the amazing blue waters while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the place.
And last but certainly not least, our final destination is the “Turtle Island”. Thanks to our glass bottom boat we will stop close to the island’s beach where we can enjoy the last 1-hour of swimming before our tour comes to its end.
Once the tour is over, we will bring you back to the port full of memories and new experiences!
